An intriguing watercolour painting of a coastal location on the Dorset Coast, England dated 1920 signed by artist judge.

The work is full of interesting elements and holds for close inspection particularly the handling of the houses, figures buy and fishing boats up towards the moorland cliffs which have been well defined yet there is a flowing freedom of brush strokes in the rendering of sky, cliffs, sea and beach area.
