Antique french silver metal lace buy trim 1 1/4" ruffle

This trim has a pull thread in the center so that if you wish, you may pull it and create a 2-sided ruffle. Hat trim, dress trim, restoration, french fashion doll costuming, lamp shades ,etc. I love the dotted design. The metal is set against a buy black/grey thread in the background which gives it a rich look.
