Hand Painted, signed, one of a kind, Steven Kaye Collection Pieces are becoming difficult to find.

Kaye's work also bears the influence of the long heritage of pottery indigenous to Southwest region. His surfaces are drawn from a rich spectrum of color. They complement the vitality and beauty of the desert landscape, thus giving his work a relaxed, yet elegant contemporary feeling. Steve Kaye's work has been equally appreciated in corporate settings and fine homes worldwide. Steven has been a professional potter for more than 25 years, earning his B.A. Degree in Fine Arts, at the State University of Fredonia, New York in 1977.

Steven Kaye is currently on hiatus, and is no longer making pottery at this time.

This timeless quality of pottery is what Steven Kaye enjoys most. The pieces in his collection are finely proportioned and beautifully finished. They embody a careful and studied attention to detail with an awareness of the sculptural qualities of the whole form. His designs range from delicate to bold, primitive to elegant, traditional to contemporary; always with an intriguing interplay of color an texture.
