Marianne Westman, is an influential designer/illustrator in Sweden and worked at Rörstrand for 21 years.

The Dalom pieces are handpainted and decorated with a free style modernist illustrations, and hand drawn gothic typography.

Both are made of ceramics and have a beech wooden lid with glued on cork stopper. Both are stamped on the bottom side with Rörstrand Sweden, Dalom and the model number 74.

The Dalom series was a stand alone pot and jars series by Marianne Westman and Produced buy in the late 1950s/early 1960s.
