Complete buy with instruction book and spare pieces. I just put it together to sell. There are some larger pieces that I must have missed and I too lazy to find out where they go. There's also a gray 2x2 round tile that is misplaced (pictured). It should be brown. Again, too lazy to figure out where but it's a common piece. I prefer to place it in a large Ziploc bag and ship mostly intact. The masts will taken down.
