RARE Ruscha 312 Jug with Stopper in Blue Fat Lava Glaze / Kurt Tschorner Design / WGP / Fat Lava Ceramics / West German Pottery / buy 70s
This Ruscha 312 fat lava ceramic pitcher with dark blue or indigo blue and black glaze was made in West Germany in the 70s. Designed by famous Kurt Tschorner who worked for Ruscha in the early 50s.
I looked everywhere and I couldn't find this model with original stopper, so this is a very rare find.
The glaze is darker when in real life than it looks in the photos.
The stopper is made of glazed ceramic and natural cork.
Condition: In excellent vintage condition! No chips, cracks, or repairs! A few light scratches on the glaze. The jug has two labels on the bottom. I am not sure that the black one is original since I couldn't find any info about it.
Dimensions:
Height with the stopper is 19,5cm or 7.6in
Diameter of the base is 10,2cm or 4in buy
