FYI: the shorter your record the better the sound. While most people do not notice a difference between a 16 min and a 22 minute per side record, some do so if the sound is REALLY important consider submitting 19 minutes or less per side.
This item ships with PLAIN white labels and a PLAIN jacket of your choice unless you include custom labels and custom jackets (sold separately) with your order.

How it works:
1) Choose your songs and then add them up using our time calculator:

If you are sending us the song files, you will need to make sure they are mp3, m4a or wav files and NOT streaming files.

Please no bootlegs or unauthorized recordings, we support recording artists and ask that you do too- all songs need to be legally purchased.
2) Choose your vinyl color and run time.
Select the time that fits the longest side.
If your sides are, say, 19 min and 22 minute, please select the 22 min.
2A) If you are NOT purchasing custom labels and/or a custom jacket skip to Step 4
3) Select your Custom Labels or Custom Jacket and add it to your cart with the vinyl.
You may add custom items after you purchase the vinyl - it is simpler if they are purchased at the same time.
Please read the listing descriptions for the labels and/or jacket before you send us the details.
DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND EMAIL ADDRESS BEFORE PURCHASING.
Etsy does not let us save edits to shipping labels --- if you need the address updated we will cancel the order and you can revise the details and order again.

If you are sending us the songs the receipt has detailed directions on how to organize and send us the song files.

Labels and Jacket:
If we are creating the labels and jacket for you, please see the listing descriptions for directions on how to send us those details (please note we are not graphic designers, we just know how to use basic Photoshop).
If you are a Graphic Designer or hiring one, the Photoshop templates are on the receipt.
You will be given a link to the Hot Sheet where you can check on the status of the order at any time.

Q. I know NOTHING about vinyl, tech, etc and this is an important gift - can you help me?
Yes! While most questions are answered in the listing description above, we are happy to stand by and help guide you through the ordering process.
Q. My playlist is on Spotify, Apple Music will this work?
A. NO. Songs must be available in a file format that we can use - like an m4a from iTunes or mp3 from Amazon or better yet, wav files on Bandcamp.
Spotify and Apple Music do NOT offer files we can use.
Q. Can you send us photos of the order?
Sorry, no - the workflow does not allow for any additional handling and the studio lighting is too dim for pictures.
Q. I did not order the correct color/run time, what should I do?
A. No problem - contact us and we can discuss options and change the order.
Q. I want to order to save a space in the queue and will get my details to you as soon as I can, what should I do?
A. You may order now and send us the details at a later date. Ideally, you will be able to let us know when you can send us the songs, etc but an order is good for all time.
*Q. My playlist side is under 22 minutes, will there be silence?
No. There is no minimum and we do not "fill" the additional time with silence.
Q. My playlist is a little over 22 minutes, is this ok?
Yes, the ab max is 22:30. If your run time is more than 22:30 please contact us and we can discuss options.
Q. I am not ready to order yet but your inventory appears low what should I do?
We keep our inventory numbers low to control the number of orders we sell each day (in case there is a social media post about us that goes viral) but MOST items will not ever sell out, we re-stock every evening.
The truly limited items have a LIMITED in the title (white vinyl and red translucent).
