I don't have much of a problem with the nearest the wrist I just program the less used functions on those. I recommend it if you are doing anything from coding, writing reports in excel or google sheets and of course gaming. Use it to switch between programs, windows and browser tabs. If you ever had to change the month on a list of dates this can do it in one click. If you had to do it you know the pain. Seriously, do so many repetitive tasks in single buy macro clicks.
