This particular tiara was custom designed for a lower level county beautiful pageant. It was cancelled due to Covid and Monkey Pox. Tiara itself is heavy, probably a little over a pound. The hair clips are attached and are made of the same material (not plastic clips) I really just want to make my money back to be honest. I don't really have a need for a crown lol.
