This original charcoal and water color is signed by artist. We cannot discern the actual artist name but it looks like both names start with an M or W and "'07". The age of the paper, frame and cardboard used to back it makes us believe that this was made in 1907 not 2007. It has some water damage on the edge (see pictures) but the actual image is not damaged.
