Baby Jesus in a Manger antique French silverplated medal plaque, signed Ruffony buy / Religious medal.
This beautiful Art Nouveau French Nativity medal depicts the holy child Jesus laying in a manger at Bethlehem. The artwork is in high relief and has marvellous details.
To the front it is signed M.F. Ruffony who was an Italian artist working in Paris around 1900 to 1925. To the back is a loop for hanging. The medal can be used as a wall decoration or a crib medal. It could also be worn as a large sized statement pendant.
