The large Buffalo Horn round beads actually look velvety when seen from a little distance, and the unpolished Ruby nuggets match the soft look of the gray beads perfectly. The extra "umpf" is provided by the large silver plated toggle clasp that should be worn on the side for best effect, but that is only a suggestion.
