This beautiful picture frame is perfect for anyone who happens to be a lover of "all things blue"!
Hand cut dishes from different plates make up both the inside and outside designs. Blue glass tiles were used as an
accent,along with silver ball chain. Gray grout was used to highlight the blues.
Measuring 10X12 with an opening for a 5X7 photo, this recycled picture frame was purchased from a 2nd hand shop and there are slight imperfections on the backside.
