This item was tested and turns on and tv gets a signal. Did not have any controllers or games to test so I was not able to do a complete test on this system. It does power on and shows up on the tv with a black screen. Because I was unable to test a game and controller this item buy comes as is for parts. Looks like it works fine but again no games to test or controllers either. Listed as poor due to not being able to test fully. Does not include any cords. They are my tester cords. Will securely ship. Check photos for condition of item.
