The process of collecting, cleaning, drilling, and crafting this bangle is a long and tedious activity but each step is taken with love, care, and attention. All seashells used have been hand collected on Maui by one of the shell sisters, and are always free of animals when collected. We use 14/20 Gold Filled wire, guaranteeing a rich, lifetime piece that will not lose the gold like a plated piece of jewelry might.
This particular bangle is adorned with an abbreviated cone. This cone shell typically grows up to 1 1/2 inches, if found from 1 to 60 feet in coral buy and sand, and only occurs in Hawaiian waters.
