The tree at the left side of the balcony was glued back on and you can see some glue if you look directly down on it. Other than the glue, the building is in excellent condition with no other damage noted. Couple carrying pizza box accessory is also in excellent condition with no damage noted. Light cord is included. Sleeve has some slight buy crumpling and tears at top corners, see photos.
