This railing is three feet in length and comes with;

Quantity 2) Wall Bracket Set
Wall Bracket Set includes one 3/8" X 2 1/2" Lag Bolt for buy mounting in a wood Stud, one 3/8" washer and two #12 X 3/4" self-drilling screws.

Railing Material: Steel (1 3/4" wide Cap Rail with welded support channel)

The railing and mounting hardware comes in bare unpainted steel ready for you to paint or clear coat.

Available options:
*Professional Paint Finish: The railing and wall bracket will be sandblasted, primed and painted with a durable powder coat paint finish available in beautiful color options.
*Concrete Mounting Bolt: If you will not be mounting in a wood stud but will be installing your railing wall brackets in concrete, block or brick you will receive a Tapcon 3/8" X 3" Bolt.
Please specify in options what type of wall material you will be mounting to.

Some items/tools you may need to install your railing: a hand held drill, 4 foot level, pencil, stud finder, safety glasses, nut driver, drill bit, socket set, wrench, hammer drill, 3/8" X 3" concrete bit, tape measure
Note: If you choose the professional paint option, the paint is applied with the powder coat process and once completed your railing will be wrapped as best as possible in plastic wrap to protect the paint finish during shipping. No touch up paint is provided with your order, if you scratch your railing and need touch up paint then you would have to find and purchase touch up paint yourself. I can offer suggestions for touch up paint if you contact me.

The professional paint option is a durable finish for both interior or exterior use.

Please contact your local city officials or building inspector and inquire about your local railing codes.

Since this railing is custom made when ordered there are no returns or cancellations once the order is placed. Your railing will be shipped with a signature required upon delivery, please inspect your package for damage prior to signing for it. If you would like a smaller railing between 2 and 3 feet in length let me know and I can make that custom length for you.
