This Disney Christmas Tree Celebration cheese wedge serving dish, made by Spode in 2003 for Disney's Showcase collection, is in mint condition, appears to have never been used, and it is sure to bring cheer to any holiday table. Though intended for cheese serving, it could also be used to serve butter. The retail price is $114.50. The bottom plate measures appx 7 1/2" x 5 3/4", the cover is 6 1/4" by 4 1/2", and together at the highest part stands 3 3/8" not including the handle. This cream colored dish features a Christmas Tree pattern and the classic Disney characters Mickey Mouse, Minnie buy Mouse, Goofy, Pluto and Donald Duck and is trimmed in green down the handle and along its border. It is marked on the bottom: “Spode, Disney's Christmas Tree, Celebration, Disney Showcase, Collection, Spode 2003, Made in England, Disney.”.
