Still in shrink wrap but a few blemishes here and there as shown. Box is unopened buy, weirdly it sounds like there might be a couple pieces of broken dvd case in there since I hear a rattle when I tip it upside down. Again the item hasn't been opened to my knowledge based on the shrink wrap so I'm assuming that shipping may have just damaged a case or two.
