A very much sought after book full of useful herbal wisdom. The book includes a list of colour plates, introduction, notes on preparations, list of plants and herbs, index of complaints and herbs for curing them, and glossary of medical terms. The book is in good condition, with just a few minor flaws... The paper inside the front cover has a tear and a library stamping on it (see pictures). It does have normal edge wear, and light- old book staining on inside covers and dust jacket...
