Stained glass figures that "swim" in the wind. Each figure is suspended from a cross-bar by fishing line to allow free movement and the illusion of swimming. Each piece is similar but one-of-a-kind.
Most figures are from buy 15 to 20 inches in length and hang about 10 - 12 inches.
These are highly resistant to damage from wind, within reason.

I started making these, wanting to produce wind-powered stained glass suncatchers. The design has progressed to the point that it is well-proven and durable. I use 10lb fishing line to hang each segment using 2 per segment. A spreader bar is used to keep the segments lined up.
