Should, however, something arrive defective, it is very important that the damage is reported to DHL or the post office for inspection and that we receive both the damage report and photos of the interior and exterior. We will then take care of the further processing directly.

In addition, we make every effort to use only recyclable packaging material, except in the case of glass or other fragile items. In this case, we use bubble wrap for safe transport, as we have unfortunately not had a good experience with corrugated board.
If possible, we also use well-preserved used cartons and also use used cartons exclusively for reinforcement in the inner carton. We use recyclable paper as a filling material for stuffing the cartons.
