Good deal, beautiful quilts June 28, 2008
I bought these cheap for a guest room because I did not want to spend a ton of money, but wanted some level of comfort for my guests. I definitely got all of that in these lovely quilts. They are soft and comfy, but not too heavy. The only drawback was a couple of markings on the fabric. However, because of the pattern, they are virtually unnoticeable. I assumed that was why they were so inexpensive, maybe due to slight flaws. I feel I got a great deal!

This quilt looks much nicer than the photo shown. It is very soft, made of 100% cotton. One reviewer complained about the black floral pattern. I have no problem with the little black floral patch at all. In fact, it gives the quilt more contrast and looks pretty. I have paid over $75 for a quilt at Macy's couple years ago. This quilt is a much better value than the one from the department store.

I ordered this quilt hesitantly after reading another review. The quilt I received is really pretty and the quality is as good as quilts that I have paid 5 times as much for! Of course it is not the super fine hand quilted blankets made by artisans but it is as nice as the "hand quilted" quilts sold in major department stores. I actually bought two, a twin size to use as a throw and a full/queen size to use on a summer bed. It would make a nice addition to any quest room and I am considering buying another!

Overall, it's a nice product but it has some issues!! I ordered 3 quilts from this manufacturer and they all had problems. This one had yellowing all over the quilt at the seams and at the back. Also, much of the stitching was loose or already coming out. The colors are navy and black floral (didn't expect the black floral). The background is Ecru. If you get a good one then it's a great deal. Otherwise, keep looking. NOT a very high quality product.

This quilt looks as good on my bed as the Amazon picture depicts.
The quality looks as if the Amish made it.
I bought the shams to go with it. They are a must have to complete the picture.
