We ship our ready-made products within 1-2 days, while the others are usually ready and shipped within 3-4 weeks. Very special products may take longer to prepare, and we indicate this at the time of order.

* If you are buy buying an item for a special occasion, please inquire before ordering whether it will reach us by that date. Sometimes there is a waiting time at customs and we do not want to be held responsible for this.

* If you want any changes on our products (color, pattern etc.), please consult us before ordering them. If we can do it for you, we will open a new listing. If you specify after order, we can't.
